Fee Refund Policy

With the introduction of upfront fees, combining both registration and games fees, we have developed a policy whereby members can receive a refund for part or all of their paid fees.


INJURY POLICY

1. Players WILL be eligible for a refund if:

  • A season ending injury occurs prior to the season commencement. A full refund of registration fees paid will be compensated.

  • An injury occurs during the season and the player will be out for five (5) or more consecutive games.  Pro-rata game fees* only will be paid to the total number of games missed.

  • For these refunds to be paid the injury must be reported to the club as early as possible, a doctor’s certificate must be provided and the request must be in writing to the club.


2. Players WILL NOT be eligible for a refund if:

  • An injury occurs during a season and the player will be out for less than five (5) consecutive games.

  • If a doctors certificate or medical evidence is not provided to the club.



GENERAL POLICY

If a player leaves the club for any reason other than injury/medical before the commencement of the season a refund of paid fees less a $100 team administration fee will be compensated.


Please note that game fees are determined by the Committee prior to the season dependant on number of games to be played.


All refund requests must be made in writing to the committee registrations@apollorockets.org.
